• Own end-to-end design from concept to iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with end-to-end shipped work and impact.
• High craft in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience in regulated high-trust domains such as fintech, taxes, or retirement.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in design practice with AI-driven prototyping.
• Comfort moving between design and code and collaborating with engineers.
• Systems thinker who designs scalable solutions across product ecosystems.
