🎯 Requirements

8+ years of product design experience in payments or related domain.
Excellent UX, visual and interaction skills.
Define direction and lead others through it.
Motivate and drive small-to-medium teams to transform a product.
Navigate ambiguity; set vision and strategy for global products.
Systems-thinking; design for offline experiences.
