• Drive System Quality: steward core design patterns and libraries for cohesive UX.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with design systems/pattern libraries.
• Portfolio showing polished interfaces and systemic thinking across large orgs.
• Staff/principal-level experience influencing horizontally and cross-functionally.
• Design technologist mindset: prototyping with Figma, AI, and optional front-end code.
• Expert-level motion and visual design; animation enhances clarity and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design.
