🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product design with design systems or pattern libraries.
• Portfolio showing interface design, systemic thinking, and cross-org influence.
• Track record in staff/principal-level roles, partnering cross-functionally.
• Design technologist mindset: comfortable with Figma prototypes, AI, and front-end code.
• Excellent communicator who can synthesize ambiguity into actionable design problems.
