• Define the design vision for Moloco Commerce Media with PM/Eng partners.
• Own end-to-end design for complex, data-heavy workflows from discovery to launch.
• Use prototyping to visualize interactions, data visuals, and workflows early.
• Raise design quality by defining patterns and components in the design system.
• Mentor and coach designers to grow the team and craft.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience in complex B2B.
• Lead end-to-end design for an entire product area from vision to execution.
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design; translate complex problems into simple solutions.
• Track record framing ambiguous, multi-sided problems using research, data, and experimentation.
• Use AI as a core part of daily design practice.
• Prototyping as thinking and communication, not just deliverables.
