Staff Product Designer, Go Enterprise

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design of enterprise Go experiences from config to daily workflows.
• Define critical enterprise user journeys, turning complex systems into clear experiences.
• Design enterprise agent configuration surfaces (features, data, models) for safe, scalable AI.
• Design data protection, integrations, identity, and audit trails with transparency.
• Craft polished interfaces for end-user and admin experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, content, and security to raise enterprise AI standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-surface problems.
• Operates at Staff level, sets direction, influences partners, raises quality.
• Experience designing enterprise experiences where trust and clarity drive adoption.
• AI-native product design, shaping interactions around model behavior, uncertainty, constraints, and user trust.
• Deep curiousity about emerging AI-native products and experiences.
• Strong design craft with a polished UI portfolio and attention to detail.
