Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design initiatives from concept to launch with engineers and designers.
• Channel design thinking into product development, solving user problems simply.
• Hone ideas into actionable directions via research and prototyping.
• Create end-to-end experiences balancing user needs, tech feasibility, and goals.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system across OpenSea surfaces.
• Communicate design rationale across disciplines to align teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform products.
• Own complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into elegant solutions.
• Strong product sense; comfortable without the structure of a large org.
• Excellent interaction and visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to ship technically informed designs.
• Experience with Web3, fintech, or AI is a plus but not required.
