🎯 Requirements
- Extraordinary visual design taste focused on typography, color, spacing.
- 7+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in design systems at scale.
- Deep expertise building design systems across web and mobile (tokens, APIs, docs).
- Experience integrating AI tools into design and development workflows.
- Figma expert with Variables, Auto Layout, component architecture, and AI tools.
- Strong front-end basics: HTML, CSS, React; design-to-engineering bridge.
