📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Closeup design for iOS, Android, and web.
• Define goals, metrics, and experiments with cross-functional leads; ship value.
• Improve information hierarchy and interactions across Pin types and use cases.
• Collaborate with Home, Search, Visual Search, Gestalt to align patterns.
• Prototype in Figma and interactive prototyping to validate direction.
• Lead design critiques, raise craft, and mentor other designers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years product design experience owning major surfaces.
• Portfolio showing interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking.
• Lead ambiguous problems and align with senior partners.
• Experience designing for mobile and platform considerations.
• Comfort with experimentation and data-driven learning.
