📋 Description

• Lead 0→1 discovery and design for a new Benefits product (MVP).
• Design end-to-end service experiences across employer, employee, and ops workflows.
• Design AI-assisted decision moments to help customers act with confidence.
• Design the AI safety and scalability system: objects, rules, states, and guardrails.
• Make data legible and readable for human+AI collaboration.
• Build product feedback loops to improve AI quality over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Partner cross-functionally to define human-in-the-loop workflows and trust principles.
• Design with AI as core material—prototype prompts and AI behaviors responsibly.
• Redesign service blueprints where AI automates routines and escalates complex cases.
• Define area strategy using measurable bets; partner with Analytics/AI to track impact.
• Scale quality through reusable patterns, critique, and mentorship.
• Influence cross-functional strategy; resolve trade-offs and guide design through ambiguity.
• Coach across teams, build onboarding and raise the bar for craft and systems thinking.
