🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote env.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Familiar with web design industry, CMS, standards, accessibility.
• Bias toward action on complex products in high-growth settings.
• Growth mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
