  • Work with the Product Manager to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems.
  • Partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA for enterprise features.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years designing and shipping enterprise SaaS products; CRM/B2B experience a plus.
  • Expert systems thinker able to deconstruct complex problems and design scalable solutions.
  • Translate user problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into excellent product experiences.
  • Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
  • Experimentation-oriented: conduct user interviews, analyze results, form hypotheses, test with prototypes.
