🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in product design, at least 2 in enterprise SaaS
- Experience designing complex enterprise workflows or admin tools
- Proficiency in Figma and structured design systems
- Strong UX fundamentals and usability focus
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non technical audiences
- Bonus: familiarity with PLM, ERP, or enterprise access control
