🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years as Product Designer; 2+ years leading design as Staff Designer.
• Strong UI/UX/visual design skills; able to craft complex flows.
• Experience driving design systems and brand standards.
• AI-native design: curious about AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Data-informed design with ideation, experimentation and evidence.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator; mentorship experience.
