- Strong systems thinker across user types and workflows
- Influence roadmap and product strategy with PMs and Eng
- Technically savvy; comfortable near the stack (APIs, DBs)
- Experience in fast-moving startups with ambiguity
- Collaborative, balancing innovation with practicality
