Lead user research and discovery, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
Contribute to Astronomer design systems, patterns, and standards for scale.
Iterate designs using data, experimentation, and feedback post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS/platforms.
Experience designing end-to-end experiences for developer tools or platforms.
Own problems from ambiguity to execution while partnering with PMs and engineers.
Strong product thinking balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
High craft in interaction design, IA, and visual design.
Comfort collaborating with engineers on trade-offs and constraints.
