- Support regulatory examinations and audits as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience
- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice in the U.S.
- Strong knowledge of consumer finance regs: FDCPA, Reg E, Reg Z, FCRA, UDAAP
- Experience with card payment rules and NACHA a plus
- Management experience with a collaborative style under pressure
- Startup experience preferred; Government relations a plus
