Staff Product Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the data infrastructure and pipelines for business critical product and user data
• Conceptualize and build best-in-class internal tools enabling self-serve data
• Take an AI-first approach to scaling Runway’s data tooling with trust and context
• Work with sales and finance to ensure billing and revenue metrics are accurate
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure usage data is available and useful
• Collaborate with trust and safety and marketing to measure impact of initiatives

What you’ll need

• 4+ years working with product data as analyst/engineer/scientist
• 4+ years of SQL, ETL, Python, and data modeling
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication
• Experience translating data needs into actionable solutions
• Understanding best practices for data modeling, manipulation, privacy
• Bonus: founding product data analyst or first data hire
