- 7+ years Workday experience in Benefits and Advanced Compensation; Core HCM knowledge
- Strong Total Rewards process understanding and impact on adoption
- Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions; evaluate tradeoffs
- Experience managing a backlog of enhancements and prioritizing across needs
- Strong communication with senior stakeholders and business language
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS
