  • Own the Workday config lifecycle across Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM
  • Lead Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Reviews
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and hubs for insights
  • Manage Workday upgrades and evaluate new features for automation
  • Identify gaps and promote standard Workday features to reduce manual work
  • Support knowledge sharing and hands-on training across the People Technology team

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years Workday experience in Benefits and Advanced Compensation; Core HCM knowledge
  • Strong Total Rewards process understanding and impact on adoption
  • Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions; evaluate tradeoffs
  • Experience managing a backlog of enhancements and prioritizing across needs
  • Strong communication with senior stakeholders and business language
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS
