Staff Product Analyst, Workday Payroll

📋 Description

• Define product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Workday Payroll.
• Partner with People, Payroll, and Finance to translate needs.
• Design and implement payroll integrations using PECI, PICOF, Studio.
• Manage full lifecycle of payroll integrations from discovery to deployment.
• Leverage Workday analytics to monitor performance and optimize processes.
• Oversee vendor relationships (e.g., ADP) for data flows and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Workday Payroll domain knowledge (GL, Paycodes, Taxes).
• 7+ years of Workday Payroll configurations and integrations.
• REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to guide development.
• Analytical skills: build custom reports, dashboards, and hubs.
• Strategic communication across global time zones and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
