🎯 Requirements

10+ years designing, building, shipping production products at senior levels
Deep experience across full stack; frontend React/TypeScript and/or backend Golang/Rust
Strong systems design, performance tradeoffs, scalable architecture
Strong product sense; know when to prioritise speed vs foundational work
Own systems end-to-end: architecture, deployment, monitoring
Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate; on-site, 5 days a week
