🎯 Requirements

Significant experience building and operating production backend systems at scale.
Proficiency in Python and/or other backend languages; comfortable with code you didn’t write.
Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and distributed systems.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL frameworks, or stream processing in production.
Strong SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks.
Hands-on use of AI tools in your data platform work.
Track record of shipping, not just designing.
