🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in People Ops or HR Ops; global/multi-state experience.
• Lifecycle ops incl. offboarding, changes, promotions, HRIS.
• LOA and accommodations compliant with applicable regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS and People Systems; data accuracy.
• Experience leading HR ticketing with SLAs.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools for automation and drafting.
