• Execute strategic programs across multiple units (org redesigns, talent programs).
• Guide leaders with HR expertise to clarify issues and decisions.
• Drive alignment by managing stakeholders and integrating exec input.
• Optimize org systems by diagnosing bottlenecks and building scalable models.
• Build capability using data-driven insights to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with the People team and others to implement solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Functional HRBP expertise with a track record in fast-paced/tech env.
• Stakeholder mastery: align leaders and manage info flow.
• Systemic problem solving; design sustainable interdependent processes.
• Data-informed execution; translate metrics into action plans.
• Change leadership; manage large-scale change with clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (advanced degree preferred).
