- 10+ years in Identity Security, IGA, PAM, or Identity Lifecycle.
- Strong experience in Consulting & Delivery or Professional Services, Solution Consulting.
- Experience managing enterprise implementations and delivery governance.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience developing reusable accelerators, templates, or automation.
