Staff Partner Engineer

📋 Description

• Onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions with customers/partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new products to market and refine requirements.
• Serve as the functional/technical specialist to achieve customer/partner objectives.
• Drive design, deployment, and usage of new solutions.
• Break down objectives into tasks and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Delivery lifecycle ownership: training, meetings, testing, launch support, travel 20-30%.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT/software proven experience
• Experience delivering software solutions with global orgs
• Enable real-world global use cases with new technologies
• Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks
• Excellent teamwork; build trust with customers, partners, and colleagues
• Hands-on software development experience (production-grade code)
• Prior crypto custody solutions experience is a plus
