Staff Offensive Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan and run red team ops across apps, infra, networks.
• Perform threat modeling for new and existing services.
• Conduct exploit development and vulnerability research with tooling/PoCs.
• Collaborate with detection/response to test monitoring and readiness.
• Build tooling to automate and scale offensive security assessments.
• Document findings and guide remediation with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in red teaming or offensive security.
• Mentored security engineers.
• Strong threat modeling and MITRE ATT&CK knowledge.
• Experience testing AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI pipelines, identity systems.
• Defensive tooling knowledge: IDS/IPS, EDR, packet capture, network monitoring, evasion techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript for tooling/automation.
