Staff Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and support Archer's Network Infrastructure
• Plan, design, and implement LAN/WAN solutions including SD WAN
• Align with and contribute to Information Security strategy and plan
• Support and troubleshoot network issues including after-hours where required
• Coordinate with vendors on scope, timing, execution, and deliverables
• Create and maintain documentation of network topology and standards
• Research and document cost/vendor/service comparisons
• Perform procedures to support compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, and other)
• Create internal procedures docs and client-facing knowledge base articles
• Create, update, and report network metrics to IT leadership
• Provide support for office-based and remote personnel
• Provide onsite tactical support for business partners
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in an enterprise network environment.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access.
• Extensive SD-WAN experience.
• VLAN/L3 network design experience.
• Cisco, Ubiquiti, HP/Aruba switches, WLAN, and NAC experience.
• Solid BGP/OSPF routing and L2/L3 switching.
• Hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Ability to multitask and drive large network projects.
• Familiarity with LogicMonitor or similar monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience.
