Develop planning algorithms for autonomous driving (search, sampling, optimization, LTL)
Integrate and evaluate motion planning and prediction algorithms
Design and build robust, scalable code to explore motion planning approaches
Interface with perception and prediction upstream and optimization/control downstream
Participate in code reviews and mentoring with seniors
Foster product-focused engineering, research, and development

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MS/PhD preferred in robotics, CS, CS/CE, or related field
Proven impact and expertise in robotics/autonomous vehicles
2+ years of research in robotics and motion planning
2+ years of C++ software development
Experience taking projects from problem formulation to deployment
Thirst for knowledge and continuous innovation
