📋 Description

• Architect, build, test, and refine Gusto’s native iOS app and web views.
• Develop features that integrate core business tools and financial products.
• Partner with product, design, identity, security, and infra to solve pain points.
• Collaborate with product apps, identity, security, and design systems teams.
• Build and scale services like push notifications and localization.
• Maintain iOS infrastructure: pipelines, testing automation, and releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Swift and iOS; 8+ years in mobile software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership.
• Self-driven with greenfield project experience.
• Proficiency in iOS testing frameworks and best practices.
• Experience building platform components for scalability and maintainability.
• Willingness to learn and mentor others.
