Staff MLOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Design batch and real-time ML inference pipelines (XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost)
• Build CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment
• Own Terraform infra for ML platform across cloud services
• Implement observability: logging, metrics, drift detection, alerts
• Manage experiment tracking and model registry; automate training to production
• Build and operate feature pipelines and data integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software/ML ops with 3+ years production ML
• Deep cloud experience, AWS preferred
• Terraform IaC
• Production ML pipelines (XGBoost/LightGBM; PyTorch/TF)
• ML experiment tracking and registry (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
• Observability for ML with Datadog
