- Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, and production observability tooling.
- Proven track record building or supporting ML platforms used by multiple teams.
- Solid ML fundamentals: evaluation, experiment design, production iteration, lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead across teams and influence tech direction.
