🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in mechanical design, tooling, or operations (Master’s acceptable).
• Expert in 3D CAD modeling and drawings for complex assemblies.
• Led large-scale tooling projects from concept to production.
• Mastery of pneumatic systems, automation, and precision components.
• Six Sigma, Lean, Poka-yoke experience; additive manufacturing and automated assembly.
