🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 6+ years in mechanical design, packaging, or thermal management.
• Able to deliver mechanical systems from concept to flight.
• Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, NX) and structural/thermal analysis.
• Hands-on hardware build, testing, and debugging in lab.
• Strong cross-functional communication in fast-paced teams.
