- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of mechanical design experience.
- Proficient in CAD design and 2D drawing with GD&T; Catia 3DX preferred.
- Experience with contractor manufacturers in high-volume settings, DFM/DFA, ECO processes.
- Experience designing for harsh environments (shock/vibration, temperature cycling) and long-term durability.
- Experience mitigating EMI/EMC via connector selection, shielding, and wiring harnesses.
- Ability to apply structural and thermal engineering principles; 2D tolerance analysis incl RSS/Monte Carlo.
