🎯 Requirements
- BS in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- 10+ years designing, building, and commissioning tooling
- CAD and FEA analysis experience (NX, ANSYS Workbench)
- DfM and DFA knowledge for tooling and fixtures
- GD&T and ASME Y14.5 proficiency
- Experience with mills, lathes, welding, sheet metal, lifting/rigging
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
