🎯 Requirements

- Thermoset/structural adhesives expertise with external vendor engagements.
- Experience characterizing adhesives, test methods, failure analysis, and FEA interfacing.
- Familiar with accelerated life tests for metals, polymers, and adhesives under temp/humidity/corrosion.
- End-to-end experimental ownership from concept to hands-on execution and data analysis.
