- Support failure analysis and corrective actions.
- Interface with FAA, DERs, and regulators for certification activities.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in aerospace paint materials and coatings with leadership in qualification.
- Extensive experience with material qualification, specs, and process development for composite airframes.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, Advisory Circulars, ASTM standards, and MIL specs.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods is required.
