π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 7+ years in fast-paced manufacturing/production, ideally process/manufacturing engineering.
- Hands-on experience with joining processes, such as welding.
- Proficiency in process engineering, statistics, and quality management systems.
- Comfort using statistical methods to guide decisions (JMP, Minitab, or equivalent).
- Experience owning manufacturing processes with accountability for quality, throughput, and yield.
