π― Requirements
- 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing focused on airframe assembly and composites
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with composite materials; strong fabrication skills and assembly intuition
- Proven track record applying DFM principles to complex composite parts
- Understanding of composite part design, material properties, allowables and testing
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (NX preferred); experience with Fibersim or Composite Workbench
