🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years aerospace manufacturing; airframe assembly and composites.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Manufacturing Eng (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with composite materials; fabrication and assembly.
- DFM for complex composite parts (layup, bonding, cure).
- Understanding of composite part design, material properties, allowables and testing.
- 3D CAD NX; Fibersim or Composite Workbench experience.
