📋 Description

• Architect and lead next-generation, large-scale ML techniques.
• Define and execute ML strategy to boost personalization and recommendations.
• Lead research on scalable ML systems and real-time model adaptation.
• Partner with ML infra to build high-performance distributed training across GPUs and cloud.
• Establish real-time serving architectures for embeddings with low latency.
• Mentor senior and mid-level ML engineers to foster excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in ML engineering, focused on large-scale ML systems and personalization.
• Deep learning architectures, including sequence and foundational models.
• Deep understanding of multi-entity relationships in ML for large-scale systems.
• Experience designing scalable ML architectures from distributed training to real-time inference.
• Strong Python/C++ skills with ML infra, HPC, and cloud pipelines.
• Experience with A/B testing, model evaluation, and real-time feedback in prod systems.
