Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Taxonomy

📋 Description

• Build ML pipelines to generate taxonomies of creators, content, and risk.
• Conduct exploratory analyses and PoC ML models to gauge impact.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/design/legal/trust to design ML solutions.
• Analyze and prepare training data, including crowdsourcing labeling techniques.
• Train, iterate, and deploy ML models to production; write backend when needed.
• Debug models when observability shows performance gaps and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in ML engineering; Bachelor's or Master's in CS/ML/Stats
• NLP, topic modeling, and clustering expertise
• End-to-end ML team experience: data, models, shipping, monitoring, A/B testing
• Experience with unstructured content (audio/video/text/images)
• Python and ML/NLP libraries
• Distributed systems, production pipelines, and model deployment
