Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Platform (Core Automation)

📋 Description

• Explore and apply ML techniques, incl. LLMs and deep learning.
• Collaborate to define strategic roadmaps and quarterly plans.
• Drive project execution with priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop high-quality, well-tested Python code.
• Design scalable, secure AI/ML systems and practices.
• Mentor engineers on design principles and coding standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering.
• Proven expertise in production services with data processing/ML/analytics.
• Hands-on with at least one ML model type (LLMs, GNNs, DL, LR, or GB Trees).
• Proficiency in data mining, information retrieval, NLP, or CV.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code addressing customer needs.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and setting high standards.
• Passion for building an open financial system.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
