- Backend service fundamentals: APIs, reliability, monitoring, debugging for ML models.
- Experience deploying ML via AWS or GCP, including CI/CD and observability.
- Familiar with ML frameworks, evaluation criteria, and production validation.
- Experience in regulated SaMD/medical device environments; change control and traceability.
- Technical leadership in architecture, standards, reviews, mentorship.
- Proven improvements in performance, reliability, or cost at scale; cross-functional influence.
