- Full-stack proficiency across data pipelines to production-grade software.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic problem-solving, balancing business, technical and regulatory constraints.
- Experience with tree-based models and gradient boosting is helpful.
