Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Conversion Visibility

📋 Description

• Lead identity and conversion signal model design and implementation.
• Own end-to-end identity prediction initiatives from framing to deployment.
• Build ML components in the conversion visibility pipeline; partner with infra for low-latency.
• Establish ML development best practices and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Ads Ranking/Measurement teams on interfaces and SLAs.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and validate approaches for reliability and advertiser trust.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-scale ML systems in ads/measurement/ranking/search.
• Degree in CS/ML/Statistics or related field.
• Experience in ads conversion, identity matching, or measurement under privacy constraints.
• Expertise in probabilistic modeling and measurement; trustworthy metrics.
• Staff-level technical leadership with ML roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, infra.
