📋 Description

• Lead the ACU signals and ML systems roadmap.
• Split time 50% leadership and 50% hands-on work.
• Mentor MLEs and SWE on content understanding.
• Build signals pipelines and ACU signals registry.
• Define SLOs, monitoring, dashboards for signals.
• Drive NLP and distillation for in-house models.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of production ML at scale in ads or content.
• Staff-level leadership across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication with PMs, DSs, and engineers.
• Proven NLP/LM models shipped to production with business impact.
• LLMs in production for labeling, evaluation, or distillation.
• Deep PyTorch/TensorFlow, Python; Go/Java/C++ is a plus.
