Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and launch efficient ML models to drive business impact
• Develop robust production-ready machine learning systems
• Collaborate with PMs, ML engineers, and QA to bring products to market
• Train and validate deep learning and statistical models
• Build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
• Provide end-to-end understanding of model decisions and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field
• 5+ years ML experience and strong software engineering skills
• Expertise in ML techniques: tree-based models, deep learning, A/B testing
• Strong Python skills; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-Learn
• Hands-on SQL and data manipulation experience
• Experience with ML cloud platforms: AWS Sagemaker, Databricks, or Vertex AI
• Familiarity with MMM/LTV and causal inference is a plus
