📋 Description

• Own production ML systems for real-time personalization and search at scale.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to productionize AI insights.
• Design and implement intelligent search (typeahead, vector search) with ML signals.
• Build multi-layer serving architectures for ML and GenAI/LLM models.
• Drive platform capabilities (CLI, SDK, Infra Automation) for ML deployment.
• Own CI/CD of data and ML systems with focus on scalability and reliability.
• Foster an inclusive culture and growth for ICs and managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years coding in Python, Java, etc.
• 4+ years designing scalable ML/search/LLM architectures.
• 2+ years implementing vector/semantic search with vector stores.
• 2+ years building platform components for ML dev/deploy.
• 1+ years driving technical direction across teams.
• 1+ years data/streaming tech (Spark, Flink, Kafka) and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
